Gentle Yoga involves basic postures, body awareness, gentle stretching and strengthening and relaxation while emphasizing alignment. Gentle Yoga classes are suitable for all body types and sizes with the ability to move through seated, standing, kneeling, and/or reclined positions unassisted. Whether you have physical or emotional challenges, would prefer a slower practice, or just want the opportunity to relax, you will benefit from Gentle Yoga.
