YOGA with tracy
Yoga increases your awareness of your body. It can improve your posture and overall strength and add grace and fluidity to your movements. Yoga can also help you manage stress more effectively and be more present off the mat. Tracy's combination of experience and education help meet students' diverse emotional and physical needs. She is a registered yoga instructor (200 hr.) with Yoga Alliance, has practiced yoga since 1999, holds a Masters Degree in Psychology and has worked as a mental health professional and Guardian ad Litem for over five years.
